Since the idea behind trompe l'oeil is to "fool the eye", these giclees should be mounted on a thin backing panel, trimmed to the edge of the image, and placed on the wall without any kind of border or frame. It would be inappropriate to sign and number the front of the work. Therefore, it comes with a signed and numbered Certificate of Authenticity, which can be attached to the back or stored separately.
We put a protective finish on the work to help provide a long life and some protection against UV rays, although we can provide no guaranties, If you would like us to mount the giclee onto a lightweight Gatorboard or Ultraboard panel for you, please let me know in the special instructions panel of the shopping cart. The charge for mounting is $10.
Please note: The angle of perspective in this work dictates mounting at least 8' up on a high wall.
